1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use a jli29 Account, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
2. Be a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted);
3. Be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform, unless otherwise expressly permitted by applicable law;
4. Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jli29, PAGCOR, or any other competent authority;
5. Not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of jli29, or a close family member of any such person, as defined by applicable PAGCOR guidelines;
6. Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
7. Not have a previously terminated jli29 Account, terminated for cause by the Company.

jli29 reserves the right to verify a Player's eligibility at any time and to request documentary evidence including, but not limited to, a government-issued identification document, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the time period specified by jli29 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the Account.

3 Account Registration & Player Obligations

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) active jli29 Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering a jli29 Account, the Player warrants that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete. The Player accepts the following ongoing obligations with respect to their Account:

• Accuracy of information: The Player must ensure that all registration details — including full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and residential address — are accurate and kept up to date. jli29 must be notified promptly of any changes via the account settings or by contacting support.
• Account security: The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. jli29 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by the Player's failure to safeguard their credentials. The Player must notify jli29 immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of their Account.
• One account per person: A Player may not hold, operate, or benefit from more than one Account. Accounts suspected to be duplicates may be suspended and balances reviewed pending investigation.
• No account sharing or transfer: jli29 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. A Player may not allow any other person to access or use their Account, nor transfer or assign any Account rights, balances, or winnings to a third party.
• KYC compliance: The Player must complete jli29's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as required by PAGCOR regulations. Full KYC verification is required prior to any withdrawal request being processed.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the jli29 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jli29 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, GrabPay, and QR Ph. Available payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits. Deposits to a jli29 Wallet are subject to the minimum and maximum amounts published on the Cashier page of the platform. jli29 does not charge fees on standard deposits, however the Player's payment provider may impose its own transaction charges for which jli29 bears no responsibility. GCash and Maya deposits are processed in real time. Bank transfer deposits may require up to one (1) business day. jli29 reserves the right to reject any deposit at its sole discretion.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. The Player's KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed;
2. Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to the Player's balance must be met in full;
3. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100, subject to change at jli29's discretion;
4. jli29 targets a processing time of two (2) to four (4) business hours for GCash withdrawals, though this is not guaranteed and may vary due to payment provider conditions;
5. jli29 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawals, particularly where deposits have been made using multiple payment methods or where the account presents AML risk indicators;
6. Withdrawals will, where technically feasible, be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit.

Anti-Money Laundering. jli29 is required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to implement anti-money laundering controls. Transactions identified as suspicious may be frozen and reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) without notice to the Player. The Player must not use jli29 for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jli29 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Promotions are available to eligible Players who have a fully verified jli29 Account in good standing;
• Each promotion is subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps that are published with the promotion;
• Bonus Funds must be distinguished from real-money funds in the Player's Wallet. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds;
• jli29 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a promotion — including through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or the use of automated tools — will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and may result in account suspension;
• jli29's determination of whether a Player has met the conditions for any promotion is final and binding.

6 Gameplay Rules & Betting

All Games made available on jli29 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The Player is responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any Game before placing a bet. By placing a bet, the Player confirms acceptance of the applicable game rules.

jli29 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all slot and non-live game outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of professional human croupiers in licensed studio environments. Neither jli29 nor its game providers manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game round, jli29 will endeavor to resolve the issue in accordance with its game provider's malfunction policy. jli29's decision on the resolution of any technical malfunction is final. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, the bet amount for that round will be refunded to the Player's Wallet.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all Games. These limits are displayed within the game interface. jli29 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.

7 Responsible Gaming

jli29 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR's requirements for online gaming operators. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which the platform will prompt the Player to log out.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a cooling-off period of up to 30 days during which their Account is temporarily restricted from accepting deposits or bets.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Players may enable on-screen notifications showing the duration of their current session and their net win/loss for the session.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jli29 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Accessing jli29 from a Prohibited Territory or using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI tools, or any software designed to interact with jli29 Games in a manner not intended for human players;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game;
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in any Game for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploitation of a known error must be reported to jli29 and will be void;
• Using the jli29 platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other activity prohibited under Philippine law;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraud in relation to any deposit made to jli29;
• Conducting any activity that disrupts, damages, or places an unreasonable load on jli29's technical infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jli29 support staff or other Players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jli29 platform, including but not limited to the jli29 name, logo, trademarks, game content, software, website design, text, graphics, and audio-visual materials, is the property of jli29 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

The Player is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jli29 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants the Player any right, title, or interest in jli29's intellectual property beyond this limited access license.

The Player must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jli29 content without prior written authorization from the Company.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jli29's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jli29 shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind;
• Losses arising from internet service interruptions, telecommunications failures, or power outages beyond jli29's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to a Player's Account caused by the Player's own failure to maintain credential security;
• Game outcomes that result in a net financial loss to the Player, provided all Games were operated in accordance with their published rules and certified RNG functions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits jli29's liability for death or personal injury caused by jli29's negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

jli29 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• jli29 is required to do so under any applicable law, PAGCOR direction, or court order;
• jli29 has reasonable grounds to suspect the Account is involved in fraudulent, suspicious, or unlawful activity;
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required period;
• jli29 determines that continuing to operate the Account presents an unacceptable legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• The Player is a self-excluded person who has sought to circumvent their self-exclusion.

A Player who wishes to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting jli29 support via live chat. Upon voluntary Account closure, any real-money balance will be refunded to the Player's verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC verification. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the Player's use of the jli29 platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the Player agrees to contact jli29's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jli29 will make reasonable efforts to respond to Player complaints within five (5) business days.

Players who are not satisfied with jli29's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's established player complaint channels. jli29 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-mediated dispute resolution process.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jli29 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where any amendment materially affects a Player's rights or obligations, jli29 will provide reasonable advance notice via the Player's registered email address or via a prominent notice on the jli29 platform.

Continued use of the jli29 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If a Player does not agree to the revised terms, they must close their Account before the effective date of the amendment.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at jli29.cam/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
